Terms of Service — Cnippet Blocks

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cnippet Blocks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Cnippet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

Cnippet Blocks is a UI component and template library platform that provides pre-built React and Next.js sections, pages, and templates. The Service offers: • Free tier: Access to open-source components licensed under the MIT License • Pro tier: Access to premium templates, advanced components, and commercial licensing (₹18,000 one-time payment) • Enterprise tier: Custom solutions for teams and organizations (custom pricing) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted. Cnippet reserves the right to terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments for the Pro plan are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes • Pro plan is a one-time payment of ₹18,000 with lifetime access and updates • Enterprise pricing is negotiated separately — contact our sales team for details • All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the product is materially defective or significantly misrepresented • Cnippet is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider For billing inquiries or refund requests, contact us at support@cnippet.dev.

5. Intellectual Property and Licenses

Free Components (MIT License): Free components available on the platform are licensed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of these components, subject to including the original copyright notice. Pro Components (Commercial License): Upon purchasing the Pro plan, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the premium components and templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Pro components as a standalone product or template library. Cnippet Blocks, its logo, and all related branding are trademarks of Cnippet. You may not use these marks without express written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission from Cnippet • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the platform • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code • Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service without our consent • Use the Service to build a competing product or service • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cnippet does not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable • Any errors in the Service will be corrected Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cnippet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your use or inability to use the Service • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service In no event shall Cnippet's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
